About the project
Building digital capacity and European cooperation
The project was developed to strengthen the digital and international capacity of entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and women-led cooperative structures. Its activities combined vocational learning, practical digitalisation, European market awareness, cooperative knowledge exchange and institutional networking.
Why it matters
From training to practical application
The project did not focus only on theoretical training. Participants worked with practical topics such as websites, e-commerce, digital marketing, online identity, European market approaches and sustainable production, while the partnership also developed follow-up resources and international cooperation pathways.

Our contribution to the partnership
HRVET Platform contributed its experience in vocational education, digital transformation, European cooperation and Spain-based implementation.

Training in Spain
Supported the design and delivery of the digitalisation and Europeanisation programme for the participant group from Türkiye.

Connected training topics with European market practices, EU standards, international cooperation and examples from Spain.

Knowledge transfer
Shared examples from Barcelona and Catalonia on cooperative models, shared services, digital visibility and sustainable production.

Project implementation
Three connected activities
The activities were designed as a connected pathway: capacity building, knowledge transfer and international networking.
Activity 1 · Spain
Digitalisation & Europeanisation Training
One-week mobility for 20 women participants from Türkiye, including four intensive structured training days on digital transformation, websites and e-commerce, digital marketing, online identity, EU standards, European market awareness, funding opportunities and sustainability.

Istanbul Workshop & Knowledge Transfer
A structured workshop for entrepreneurs within the CEOTEKMER ecosystem and representatives of the Women’s Cooperative. HRVET shared examples from Barcelona and Catalonia related to cooperative models, shared services, digital visibility, market access and sustainable production.

Collaboration & Institutional Networking
Meetings and networking in Barcelona and Madrid supported the project’s internationalisation dimension and helped identify realistic institutional and sector-specific pathways for future Türkiye–Spain cooperation.

Key outcomes

Practical digital learning
Participants developed practical awareness of digitalisation, online visibility, marketing, e-commerce and business digital tools.

Five participant websites
Five individual websites were developed for five participating women entrepreneurs, creating usable digital assets for business visibility.
03
Cooperative knowledge exchange
Spanish and Catalan examples were discussed with entrepreneurs and cooperative representatives in Türkiye and adapted to local needs.
04
International cooperation pathways
Institutional meetings in Spain created new contacts and follow-up routes for future work in entrepreneurship, VET and cooperative development.
